Guangdong Peizheng College, the college where Peixian has its first ABE Center, is in the town of Chini.  Chini is one of about 10 towns in the District of Huadu. Huadu is a district in the City of Guangzhou just like Brooklyn is a borough in New York City. Guangzhou is a city with a population of about 10 million and it is about 200 km north of Hong Kong. It is connected to Hong Kong by superhighways and railroad. There is a train leaving for Guamgzhou from Shenzhen, a border town adjacent to Hong Kong, every ten or twelve minutes.  The direct train between downtown Hong Kong and Guangzhou runs almost every hour.  The train ride is less than 2 hours.
The center of Huadu is a town called Xinhua which is about 35 minutes by car or by subway from the city center of Guangzhou. The town of Chini is about 15 minutes by car from Xinhua. The highway connecting Xinhua and Guangzhou is mainly a toll road. The highway between Chini and Xinhua is a wide two-lane road.
Xinhua is a very large town now because Huadu is now the center of the automotive industry of South China.  Huadu is also where the Guangzhou International Airport is.  Huadu had practically nothing in 1978 but now it has modern highrise buildings everywhere, including many five-star hotels, MacDonald's and Kentucky Fired Chickens.
