The Pingguo campus is the home of Peixian International College (PIC), the flagship among the Peixian schools.
 
There are eight building completed as of end 2013, including one classroom building, four dormitories, two general purpose commercial buildings and two teaching hotels.  The facilities can accommodate 3500 students as of today but construction still goes on so the total capacity of all buildings will reach 5500 by 2017.   In mid 2016, the athletic field with standard eight tracks and a football field, which can seat 3500, was put into use.

Something rather unusual on the PIC campus are the two hotels – one 4-star class and one economy or efficiency class.  Not too many, if any, hotel schools in the world have two full size hotels on campus for the students to do their practical training.  When the two teaching hotels are put into real operation in 2017, PIC will have almost 300 rooms in the two hotels for the students to try their hands on.   PIC wants the students to be familiar with the operation of deluxe hotels so they are prepared if they get a job in a 4 or 5-star class hotel after they graduate.  PIC also has an efficiency or economy class hotel because PIC wants the students to be familiar with the operation of an efficiency hotel just in case that they want to return to their home village and start their own small hotels.    

PIC occupies a site with an area of 350 maos (approximately 233 thousand square meters or 50 acres).  Upon completion of all the construction, there will be enough space to accommodate 5500 boarding students. 
The campus will have two classroom buildings; six dormitories; library and museum combination; three general commercial buildings, which house the shops, student dinning halls, commercial restaurants and apartments for students and teachers; athletic field; basketball, volley ball and tennis courts; swimming.

The school will concentrate its effort to make its students good workers in the mid-management level for international corporations or domestic companies with an international outlook.  Therefore it is of utmost importance for PIC to create an environment where English is used.  PIC will rely very much on its foreign teacher body to accomplish this goal.  PIC believes that having the foreign teachers to conduct English conversation classes alone is not enough.  PIC likes to see to it that the foreign teachers will spend time to work, live and play with their students.  PIC believes that foreign teachers living closely with Chinese students and staffs is good for the foreign teachers too because it will promote international understand and indirectly make a better world for all of us.  It is generally known that many foreign teachers get into diplomatic services or international commerce after returning home.  Even if the foreign teachers do not work in diplomatic fields when they return home, their real understanding of China tends to land them a better job.
