Weather of Huadu

Huadu is only 250 km north of Hong Kong so the climate is still subtropical. From September to early December, the weather should be fine. There are many sunny days and it is relatively warm in September, about 85 degrees F (30 degrees C) and it cools to about 65 or 70 degrees F (20 degrees C) in December. For most North Americans, November is the most comfortable month in South China.
From December on, the local people will consider it as winter because 50 degrees F (10 degree C) is a very cold day to them. It feels cold because of the humidity.
February is the coldest month of the year. The temperature may go down low 50's or even high 40's (less than 10 degrees C). It feels really cold at 50 when the humidity is high and there is no heating indoor.
From March on, it will get warm again but rainy so is April. By May, it is still quite wet but much better.
June is warm but nothing like July when the temperature goes to high 80's (30 degrees C). Luckily, all the teachers will be gone by July 1 so nobody has to tolerate the heat unless he/she wants to stay for the summer school. Actually, July can be very nice too because it is sunny most of the time.
